Realization
We build shock absorbers for competition use on demand. Shock absorbers, which are adjustable in height and setting. On the basis of the Bilstein system, we build structures with a fixed setting, adjustable in 1 way but with 10 extension and rebound settings like Bilstein PSS10, or 2-way adjustable types with 10 separate extension and rebound settings like the Bilstein MDS model.
Another one of our specialties, as well as the inspection of, is the reconstruction of suspension for vintage cars; we do not limit ourselves only to the pure inspection but we reconstruct the piece by applying the latest techniques to improve the performance of the car.
Some recent projects have included the Lamborghini Miura, Ferrari 365 GTC, Alfa Romeo TZ1, Lotus Eleven and many others.
Development
We are not limited to the automotive sector. Together with industrial firms we develop and manufacture specific applications such as shock absorbers for the cable car that connects the two islands of Hong Kong or equipment for armoured cars. The most recent example was the complete replacement of the Bilstein Airmatic in a Mercedes GL, replaced by a specific application constructed in BTC, which resulted in a “shielded” increase of 1.5 tons for a total weight of 4,000 kg.
Personalization
We customize suspension for both sport and racing enthusiasts at the weekend on the race track, for club sport, but also sports teams.
Partnership
Together with Bilstein we make tests for car manufacturers like Lamborghini, Maserati, Volkswagen, etc. You can meet us on the test circuits in Nardò, Balocco, Ingolstad, Nürburgring, etc.
Together with our partners, we offer the products to the construction companies directly. Currently, our partners are: Ferrari, Maserati, FIAT, Abarth, Lamborghini and Pagani.
MOBILE WORKSHOP
With our mobile workshop we carry out on-track tests with teams and trainers who use our equipment and check the specifications for the structures built for different brands like MINI Challenge, Renault Clio Cup, Alfa 147 Cup etc.
